Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minumum age? Our football birthday parties are available to children from age four and up.
Do I need to pay a deposit? A £40 deposit is required when booking with the balance payable two weeks before party date.
How many guests can I have? Our party package includes 15 children, with additional children charged at £5 each. There’s no maximum, but for parties with more than 18 guests, we’ll need to use an extra pitch, so there may be an extra charge for this.
Can parents stay and watch? Yes, parents are welcome. We ask that parents stay behind the spectator barrier during the football session, or relax in the Clubhouse with a tea or coffee.
Who delivers the party? Each party will be led by one of our football coaches, who have FA or UEFA coaching qualification, first aid certificate and DBS check.
Can I run my own football party? It is possible to hire a pitch and the Clubhouse if you’d prefer to deliver your own party. Please email community@chesterfc.com for more information.
What happens during a party? On arrival, your coach will be there to greet you and welcome the birthday boy or girl. Once your guests have arrived, we’ll head straight onto the pitch. The football session typically features warm ups, games, matches and a penalty shoot-out, however this can be tailored to meet your requirements, so please let us know in advance if you have any special requests. When the final whistle blows, we’ll move into the Clubhouse for party food and cake! Your coach will be happy to provide any help you need.
